Terms of Evaluation Program

• NovaTorque to provide a cost free opportunity for serious prospects to evaluate and test NovaTorque's Generation 2.0
  product.
• To receive an evaluation system under these terms, the customer
  must commit to:
  1. Completion of the Evaluation System Request form
  2. Provision of purchase order for tracking purposes
  3. A pre-shipment meeting with NovaTorque to review the application and test plans
  4. Provision of information estimating annual usage of 2, 3, 5, 7.5, and 10hp motors respectively.
  5. Completion of testing within 60 days of shipment
  6. A post test meeting to share results
  7. Return or purchase of the system at the end of the 60 day period
• NT to provide motor, drive (parameters pre-programmed), cabling, user guide, and application engineering assistance as needed.
• Nominal quantity one pricing will apply ($1495 for a 3hp system and $1695 for a 5hp system). Note: this is not reflective of volume pricing. Ballpark pricing at customer projected volumes can be provided at request.
• Invoicing will be delayed 60 days following shipment. At the end of that period the system may be returned at no charge or
  retained and paid for. If the customer chooses the latter and subsequently places a volume order, the difference between quantity one and volume pricing will be credited against the volume purchase.
